Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your refund, please reach out to us using this form.
Once your refund request is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We really hope no one will cancel services, we aim to be that awesome, but in some cases we will be unable to meet expectations, and therefore we defined a cancellation process that we believe is fair.
All subscription products are subject to a 12 month cycle. radiantWEB purchases licenses and applies a lot of labour to a site initially, which is translated over time into a stable income. Due to this initial cost, cancellation of a subscription, will require a final payment equal to 40% of the total of the remainder of the cycle.
Upon receipt of this payment, the admin and maintenance component will be removed, and backups and site history will be archived for 7 days. If you resubscribe within those 7 days, we can return the account to its normal state. Thereafter you will need to create a new subscription.
