Project overview

Private Cape Tours, led by a local expert with deep-rooted knowledge of the Western Cape, faced the challenge of a legacy digital presence. Their original website, built over a decade ago, had become technically obsolete, falling behind in mobile responsiveness, load performance, and modern user experience standards. Consequently, a site that was once a consistent source of business had ceased to generate active leads.

Our objective was to execute a total digital overhaul to reposition the business in a highly competitive tourism market. We transitioned the site to a high-performance Elementor framework. By redesigning their website, we addressed the previous speed issues and ensured the site met modern mobile-first indexing requirements. Strategic conversion points were a priority. To accelerate the site’s re-entry into the market, we launched a targeted Google PPC campaign.
